Robert Half is seeking an entry-level Leasing Assistant for a contract-to-permanent position with a local apartment complex.Applicants for this position should have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, as well as a high level of professionalism. Dress code for this position is business casual and applicants should be available for work during standard business hours, Monday - Friday.Applicants should also have basic proficiency within Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Basic Excel) and should be willing to learn leasing and property management software like Appfolio.This position requires regular movement around the property to post notices around the complex including third-floor apartment units, and applicants must be reliable and comfortable commuting to work onsite at the property even in inclement weather like rain or snow.Candidates should have the ability to communicate with tenants conversationally and in accordance with guidelines of the Fair Housing Act.Bilingual English / Spanish is also a plus but not required.
